Social influencer Sara Sieppi is also known as a passionate decorator. Sieppi tells the influencer-actress Sara Parikan Sara’s friend book podcast about his home, decorating and, among other things, how he bought his cottage blind.

Like Siepi, Parikka is known as a skilled decorator. He has even studied interior design. Parikka says that, however, she did not get the self-confidence and know-how for work that she needed from the school desk. He reflects that the reason could also be that he was much younger then, and there were no renovations under way.

– Good to know, because I have thought myself that if I ever wanted to (study), it would be an interior design school, Sieppi says in the podcast.

Siepi’s other Instagram account also becomes a topic of conversation: the Semihimaan account dedicated to interior design. Sieppi opened the account a couple of years ago, but says the account is now on hiatus.

– Maybe I had a problem with the fact that I had my own social media and then I thought it was a bit funny to put pictures of my home there. I had little crises like that at one point or another. I put Semihimaa up, where I put apartment photos of the interior and all the tableware and more, Sieppi says in the podcast.

Sieppi says that he is now in crisis with two different accounts, but that he is thinking about reviving his interior design account. Now his “number one account” has also featured a lot of interior design content.

A cottage blind

Sieppi also bought a cottage in 2021, where he can realize more of his interior design dreams – and of course change to free time. Sieppi bought the cottage blindly. His family spends time at the cottage often, but Sieppi himself only has time to visit there two or three times a year.

Sieppi says that the cabin has a different atmosphere than at home. During the Corona period, Sieppi indulged in boho style.

– I built my home with those boho products. When I moved into my first owner-occupied home, I thought it would be nice to start over. I put a different interior there. The bohemians found their place in my cabin. It’s a lovely boho cottage and I think they fit perfectly there, says Sieppi.

Sara Sieppi presented her boho living room in 2020. Since then, Sieppi has moved. In the podcast, he says that the boho style has moved to his cottage.
