“The first thing I said when I joined the board of the Village Association was: ‘It’s a bit of an old people’s club’. You don’t see any young people on the board, at member meetings,” says Martin van Setten. “The youth are busy with other things, their parents are busy with other things. Despite this, as a village association we do want to do something for them.”
