Do you have vanillin sugar or vanilla sugar in your spice cabinet? The products do the same thing in baking, i.e. they bring a vanilla flavor to the baked goods, but they have more differences than the name.

Vanilla sugar has dark little nuggets that come from the vanilla bean. So vanilla sugar is made by mixing real vanilla and sugar.

Since the product is of high quality and made from real vanilla, its price is significantly more expensive than vanillin sugar.

Vanillin sugar is a mixture of sugar and synthetically produced vanillin flavoring. Vanillin sugar is pure white in color, which is why it is easy to distinguish from vanilla sugar.

The cheaper vanillin sugar is suitable for baking just as well as vanilla sugar, although it does not contain real vanilla.

With this recipe, you will create a ridiculously easy cake that melts in your mouth.
