What do you think: It’s too early to abolish all corona measures

The cabinet wants to abolish all corona measures as of March 23. Insiders confirm this after reporting from the NOS. This means that face masks are no longer required in public transport. The mask still has to be worn on the plane, because this concerns European rules. Testing for access at major events (1G) will also be dropped. The advice to partly work from home would reportedly be withdrawn as early as Tuesday.

The basic rules, such as washing hands, still apply. The OMT has yet to issue a recommendation. The team is meeting today. The cabinet will make a final decision on Tuesday.

What do you think

Many corona measures have already been abolished in recent times. People have been allowed to receive more visitors at home for a while, sports can be started again and the catering industry is open. Is it time to let go of everything or is it too early, given the high number of infections and an increase in hospital admissions since Carnival?
