The eel farmers have not lost sixteen away games in the first division. The old record stood at thirteen matches. FC Emmen is also difficult to beat, because the people of Drenthe have not lost in the last seven competition matches.
Deul Against Flat:

The date seems favorable to Telstar. The White Lions have never lost at home on February 18. Perhaps that is due to the fact that the Velsenaren played only once at home on this day. In 1968 DOS was defeated 1-0 by a goal from Ger Althoff. Away was won twice and lost twice on February 18.
No quick goal for Telstar:
The North Hollanders have never managed to score within five minutes against NAC Breda (home and away). The team from Breda did that three times against Telstar, once in Velsen-Zuid. In 1991 Ruud Brood opened the score after four minutes during Telstar – NAC Breda. It turned out not to be enough for the win: 3-2.
Draw possible:
More than half of the times Telstar ended in a draw against NAC Breda. Fourteen times, both teams took a point in Velsen-Zuid. In the matches in which there was a winner, Telstar is narrowly ahead: 7-6.
Winning goal in the final phase:
Last season it ended in 1-2. Glynor Plet gave Telstar the lead just before half-time, but early in the second half it was again equalized via Mounir El Allouchi. Mario Bilate scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute on February 16.
