In the Italian Alps and the Dolomites, Flemish winter sports enthusiasts are on holiday again this year, after the areas were locked last year. Just before the reopening, Italy introduced a mandatory corona test for every tourist, plus an FFP2 mask obligation in the ski lifts and in busy places.
VTM NIEUWS reporter Birgit Herteleer also lit up in the Dolomites after Austria to see which corona rules actually apply. She notes that the measures in the different countries are starting to resemble each other, and has learned from tourists that the controls are becoming stricter.
