The average sales price for a home in 2021 in the Netherlands was 387,000 euros. That is the highest price measured since 1995, when the figures were first kept, reports the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). What about Zoetermeer?

It is not news, but painful for (new) home seekers: the average asking price for a home continues to rise. Also in Zoetermeer. But if we compare the average asking prices with neighboring municipalities, we don’t even have the highest average asking price and increase in Zoetermeer.

Increased house prices

Also in Zoetermeer So house prices have risen. The average price for a home in Zoetermeer in 2021 was 351,459 euros. A year earlier, this was still 313,313 euros.
