Governments and regulators should treat TikTok the same way they treat other social media platforms. That is not happening at the moment, says Thierry Marchand, PR manager of TikTok Netherlands. During a meeting in Amsterdam, he indicated that his company is focusing more on the protection of personal data. “We are going one step further.”
