Western Europe braces itself for several days of scorching heat. The record heat that was measured in Portugal and Spain in recent days, will wave over France, the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands tomorrow and Tuesday. “The question is not whether records will be broken, it is by how many,” said specialist British weather forecaster Scott Duncan, who monitors record temperatures around the world.
