Wesley Joseph releases new single “Monsoon”

British rapper Wesley Joseph has released a new single. “Monsoon” comes from the 8-track EP GLOW, which Jones officially announced at the same time. GLOW is scheduled for release on February 17th, 2023 and also includes the track “Cold Summer”, which has been known since March.

“Monsoon” was co-produced by English singer-songwriter AK Paul. The video has been on YouTube since November 17, 8 p.m. As Joseph announced on Instagram, he himself was active in the live chat on YouTube from 7:30 p.m. He directed the video himself, as he did with “Cold Summer”. Joseph shot the video for “Cold Summer”, a gangster comedy loosely adapted from Tarantino, in Kazakhstan.

Joseph released his debut album ULTRAMARINE in 2021. He collaborated with singer Jorja Smith on the single “Patience”. In 2022 he was a featured guest with Athian Akec on the track “Blood on My Nikes” on Loyle Carner’s third album HUGO. In 2023 he will support Carner on his sold-out UK tour.
