Werner Rotsaert shows new film about the history…

For an hour and a half, Werner Rotsaert’s latest film shows images of Ostend from the last century. The war and how it ravaged the city is extensively discussed. Just like the lost ferry service. Rotsaert peppers his films with testimonies from the distant past. Werner Rotsaert: “The new film also shows color images for the first time of the great flood in 1953 and of the funeral of Baron James Ensor in 1949.”

Starting next week, the film can be seen every afternoon in Kinepolis Oostende.
