Second division soccer team Werder Bremen can use their stadium to capacity for the home game against Darmstadt 98 on March 19.
According to the North Germans, the application for admission of 42,100 spectators was approved.
The home game takes place under 2G conditions, 3G applies to children under the age of twelve.
