Well-known employers are fighting burnouts

Skyline Communications, Stad Roeselare, Liantis and AZ Delta, among others, want to erect a dam against burnouts. That is why they set up a coalition together with socio-cultural organization Avansa to prevent burnouts among their employees. There is, among other things, a play that makes teams reflect on the workload and how life is becoming more feasible for everyone. The public is being challenged to look for human solutions and that should lead to fewer employees throwing in the towel, often physically and mentally out of necessity.
