Residents who move to the municipality of Westerveld from another municipality can now request a welcome package. This welcome package includes the information guide municipality, the Culture Guide, a magazine from the Beweegcoaches, a walking map and other interesting information about the municipality.
“To familiarize new residents with Westerveld, a package has been put together so that they can explore and discover the area. Our municipality is located in a beautiful rural area and has many beautiful nature reserves, nice shops, cozy restaurants and a rich club life,” said mayor Rikus Jager. The package can be requested via the municipal website and at the counter.
Twice a year, the municipality of Westerveld organizes an introductory meeting with the municipal council of Westerveld. During this evening, new residents are updated by the mayor, the aldermen and the municipal clerk and can be introduced in an informal way.
