Welcome Lou! Minister Van Quickenborne daddy again

They welcomed their daughter in the night from Thursday to Friday at AZ Groeninge in Kortrijk. Federal Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and the North Sea Van Quickenborne and his wife already had 2 children. Since half past two on Friday morning, baby Lou has now also been added.
