Wehkamp is in favor and will allow customers to pay return costs ‘from very soon’. It is not the first, but it is the largest Dutch webshop to start with this. The aim is to reduce the huge pile of returns – for some items such as women’s dresses that is more than 70 percent. Experts see Wehkamp’s move as ‘a breakthrough’.
