The Dutch Minister of Health Ernst Kuipers says that the weed experiment in the country will be postponed again. He expects that “as it stands now” legally produced weed can only be sold in coffee shops in eleven Dutch municipalities in 2024. He does want to try to start with a “start-up phase” in a smaller number of municipalities.
