Today, many companies are starting a Quality of Life at Work (QVT) approach. Concretely, it aims to help employees to do efficient and qualitative work in optimal conditions, and thus respond to the economic and social concerns of an organization. It is driven by a desire to reduce turnover and absenteeism, to retain employees and to prevent psychosocial risks (RPS) as quickly as possible. The objective is also to gain in attractiveness.
