Recruiting a work-study student has many advantages, both for him and for the company. This makes it possible to train a potential future employee, to teach him a trade and to help him gain autonomy. On Friday May 20, 2022 at 12 p.m., the Ministry of Employment and Integration is organizing a webinar to explain how to find and recruit a work-study student. The speakers will tell you about the recruitment aids you can benefit from.

Several work-study specialists will speak during this conference:

  • Axel COURNEDE and Laetitia LEROY from the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training (DGEFP);
  • Catherine POUX, employment center;
  • Fabien ROULLET, Director of Operations, OPCO-EP;
  • Victor PIRES, Network Management Assistant and OCAPIAT Regional Director;
  • Olivier SAUBERT from FAIN France;
  • Tristan GILLOUARD, Director of Apprenticeship CCI Paris Ile-de-France.

They will address the following points:

  • How and where to offer your work-study contract? ;
  • Contract formalism and compliance with obligations: Who helps the company? ;
  • What aid to secure and finance? ;
  • Question/answer time.
