The morning starts mainly in the north with some clouds, but it soon becomes sunny. The sun shines with ease through the few thin veil clouds that float by. Later in the day the veil clouds disappear and thicker cumulus clouds appear, but it remains dry almost everywhere.
The moderate westerly wind can become quite strong at the sea and around the IJsselmeer. In those areas it can therefore feel a bit colder than the 17 degrees that the thermometer indicates. In the south, the temperature can rise to 23 degrees.
