After rather calm summer weather, there is a risk of severe weather in Berlin and Brandenburg.
As reported by the German Weather Service (DWD) in Potsdam, temperatures will rise to 25 degrees in the Uckermark and 29 degrees in Lusatia on Thursday with longer sunny periods.
It can rain here and there.
After a bright start, clouds will appear on Friday. From midday there can be showers and sometimes severe thunderstorms with heavy rain, hail and squalls with wind forces eight and nine.
The thermometer shows 23 to 27 degrees, in the east 27 to 30 degrees.
