It will be a beautiful spring weekend, with temperatures up to 16 degrees. The RMI reports this. But the clouds play a competition with the sun all day long and during the afternoon they win the battle everywhere. Sunday will be a partly to heavily cloudy day with some wetness at times, but also often dry moments. Temperatures up to 14 degrees then.
LOOK. This is what weatherman Frank Duboccage said yesterday about the weekend:
The weekend starts Saturday dry, with sun in the west. In the eastern part of the country there are more cloud fields this morning and even an occasional shower is not completely excluded. During the afternoon, cloud cover will increase everywhere from France and in the later afternoon the first showers may fall in the south of the country. It will be very mild, with maximum temperatures of 11 degrees in the High Fens and up to 16 degrees in the center of the country.
Saturday evening there is a lot of cloud everywhere and there are local showers. Later in the night it will usually remain heavily cloudy and there may sometimes be some rain, especially in the areas near the French border. The minimums are between 5 and 8 degrees.
Sunday we will have partly to heavily cloudy weather, with sometimes some rain or showers, but also often dry moments. The maximum temperatures are between 9 and 14 degrees.
And what does the new working week bring? Also Monday it will be variable to sometimes heavily cloudy and a few showers will develop across the country. Some regions remain dry between showers. With maximums of 8 to 11 degrees, temperatures are normal for this time of year.
Almost the same image Tuesday: mainly cloudy with periods of rain or showers. The maximum temperatures are between 6 and 11 degrees.
From Wednesday the rain seems to disappear temporarily. In most places the day starts gray with low clouds and mist or fog. In the east, some light rain may fall in the morning. But during the day it will become dry and the sun should show itself more from the west. The maximum temperatures are between 7 and 11 degrees.
