Early in the morning it is clear, although there are also some fog banks inland. Shortly after sunrise the fog disappears. The day starts cool, but the mercury shoots up quickly after that.
The temperature will eventually reach 23 degrees in the far north of the country to 28 degrees locally in the south. The sun will shine brightly all day long. Only in the north are a few cumulus clouds developing.
North to northeast winds will pick up somewhat and will be weak to moderate in the afternoon. Most winds will be along the west coast at the end of the day.
