Today/Wednesday an active rain zone will slowly move southward. At the end of the day it is only rainy in the south of the country, the RMI reports. The days will be more wet again.

The precipitation amounts are mainly south of Sambre and Meuse Today high. First over the north and then over the center it will gradually become mainly dry with some brief spells of sunshine. The maximum temperatures are between 5 degrees in the Kempen and 10 degrees along the French border. In the Ardennes and in Belgian Lorraine, the wind continues to blow moderately to fairly strong from the southwest.

Coming evening and night the last rain leaves our country via the Ardennes. It will then become dry everywhere with clear spells. In many regions, dense fog can sometimes form that can also freeze over the north.

Tomorrow/Thursday it will soon rain heavily everywhere from the French border. Precipitation intensity decreases in the afternoon. After a fairly cool morning with mist or fog, temperatures climb during the day to values ​​between 8 degrees in the High Ardennes and 11 or 12 degrees in the west and in the regions near the French border. The wind is increasing to quite strong. Gusts of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour are gradually possible.

Friday it is variable to sometimes heavily cloudy with some showers. It remains very mild at maximum temperatures of 8 or 9 degrees in the High Fens to 13 degrees in Lower Belgium. The wind continues to blow quite strongly from the south.

Saturday it will be partly cloudy and perhaps drier with only a few local showers. During the afternoon or evening, a new rain zone from France will reach our country. The maximum temperatures are between 9 and 13 degrees.

Sunday we sometimes expect clear skies, but also cloudy periods. There is a chance of some local showers. We achieve maximums of 5 to 10 degrees. The wind is blowing moderately and quite strongly at sea from the southwest.
