Eight shop-made graaviloin made it to Iltalehti’s taste test. The test revealed an overwhelming winner. Graavikala is part of the festive table in many families, but it is especially served at Christmas. We tested a total of eight engraved salmon and rainbow salmon found on the store’s cold shelf.
