“We are ready to receive Ukrainian workers”, war refugees can also work here

The Goddeeris company installs heating and cooling installations and industrial pipes. There are always about ten vacancies here and the company is strongly committed to diversity. Ten nationalities are now among the 100 employees. Ukrainian refugees are more than welcome here, according to the manager.

In addition to a language immersion, they will get to know their colleagues here through sport, but according to the manager, they need to act quickly. “I think they should already take the first step in Brussels by looking at the competitions and the profession of those people,” says Jan Goddeeris. “Some are then sent to a region where there is no work for them.”
