“Halloween Kills” is the twelfth film in the “Halloween” series and the sequel to its predecessor “Halloween”, which was released in 2018. “Halloween Kills” was released in German cinemas in autumn 2021, and the film will soon be available on DVD, Blu-ray or 4K Ultra HD, which will contain the extended cut as well as the theatrical version.
The film was produced by Jason Blum and directed by David Jordan Green. And there is also a reunion with Halloween veteran Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode in “Halloween Kills”.
At the end of the last part, it seemed that Laurie Strode, her daughter Karen and her granddaughter Allyson managed to defeat Michael Myers by imprisoning him in a burning building. But the masked killer is not that easy to kill.
The killer has seemingly managed to break free and is returning to Haddonfield to do his bloody work. Meanwhile, in the small town, people are taking to the streets, outraged that the authorities failed to catch Myers. Leading voices from the outraged citizens are Tommy Doyle, who witnessed Michael’s killing spree as a child in the 70s – and Allyson.
Halloween Kills will be available on February 24th in 4K Ultra HD, DVD and Blu-ray.
