In the Hageland, many families are without water on Sunday due to two leaks in the water pipe. In Bierbeek the problem was quickly solved, but in Glabbeek about two thousand families are still without water until 6 pm. The municipality has installed several collection points, but mayor Peter Reekmans is not pleased with De Watergroep. “This is due to a total lack of structural maintenance of the pipes.”
