The United States successfully tested an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) after twice postponing that test so as not to increase tensions around Ukraine and Taiwan. The US Air Force announced this in a press release on Tuesday. The missile was unarmed and was launched at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.
