Waregem turns itself into a children’s city

In Waregem this weekend revolved around children. Among other things, stalls and an obstacle course made the Rainbow Park a paradise to play in. It was also possible to take a boat trip on the pond.

The literal and figurative highlight of Kinderstad came in the name of acrobat David Dimitri. The Swiss entertainer has been performing for 50 years and is also a musician and tightrope walker. He put a smile on the faces in the circus tent and that’s why he loves his job so much. “I feel young when I see the audience, the smiles and the reactions,” he says.
