Russia insists to France, Turkey and the UK that Ukraine could use a “dirty bomb” in the war
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has once again expressed his concern that Ukraine may in the future use a “dirty bomb” during the war in a round of talks with his counterparts from France, Turkey and UK. A dirty nuclear bomb, or “dirty bomb”, as it is described by international organizations, is an explosive device capable of dispersing radioactive material, whose destructive capacity is significantly less than that of a nuclear weapon designed for this specific purpose but which, in all forms, represents a serious threat due to its polluting nature.
