The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy defends that the energy market “is producing a social distortion that is unacceptable”
The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Policy, Josep Borrellhas called on European citizens to “resist” against the rising energy prices And foodwhich has considered consequences of the war in Ukraine.
