Wallonia is struggling with a growing population of raccoons and that situation is unsustainable in the long term. The animal causes a lot of nuisance and is considered an invasive species within the European Union. Walloon Minister of the Environment Céline Tellier (Ecolo) has therefore commissioned a detailed action plan, says her cabinet.
