Quintela had made harsh statements against the Supreme Court of Justice, on the occasion of the ruling that favored the Buenos aires city in the dispute over partnership. Through the ruling, the Court forced Nación to return, provisionally, 2.95 percent of the mass of co-participating funds to the City of Buenos Aires, a percentage of what the government had decided to subtract from CABA in 2020.
For this reason, the man from La Rioja joined the list of governors who, led by the President of the Nation Alberto Fernandez, will promote the request for impeachment of Horacio Rosatti and the other members of the Court.
