Normally the VR viewers would be removed, but Brugge and Westtoer are making an extra financial effort to leave them there for a while. “The VR viewer in Bruges is still heavily used: on average about 2,500 times a month,” says Councilor for Culture Nico Blontrock.
The city is also considering reinstalling the VR viewer of the ‘Lottery 1441’ project near the city theater. In the meantime, you can also view part of the exhibition about the Vanished Zwinhavens in the historic hall of the town hall.
