The special live broadcast is initiated by Nadia Moussaid and Sahil Amar Aïssa and is presented by Moussaid and Khalid Kasem. Stories of those affected are told and aid to the affected area is discussed. Numidia and Nick Schilder will provide the music. The broadcast is made in collaboration with the Red Cross, to also give people the opportunity to donate via giro 6868.
“We have to do something,” Moussaid said in a statement. “People have lost everything, their lives, their homes. With this special broadcast we let our humanity speak and we can do something instead of watching helplessly. Let’s take action as a community so that people can rebuild their lives.”
