THE HAGUE – The turnout for municipal elections in the major cities increased slightly further around 1.30 pm. In The Hague, 5.1 percent of voters have cast their vote since Monday morning. In Utrecht it is 3.8 percent, in Amsterdam 3.5 percent and in Rotterdam 3.2 percent.
