The hamburger festival, which has become the largest in the Nordic countries, will be held again in the middle of June at Helsinki Rautatietorri.
The Burger Lovers Finland community maintains a list of the best burger restaurants in Finland.
With more than 41,000 members, the community has grown into Finland’s largest single-dish enthusiast group.
One of the founders of the group Antti Suikkari describes that the group actively shares not only information, topics of enthusiasm and recipes, but also views, opinions and cutting-edge analyzes related to burgers.
A vote organized once a year reveals which is the best hamburger restaurant in Finland. Last year, Salolainen JJ’s BBQ won the vote.
The prerequisite for getting on the list of the group’s 100 best hamburger restaurants has been that the restaurant uses high-quality ingredients in its hamburgers and puts effort into building the portion with care.

– We have previously ranked the best within the Burger Lovers Finland group. However, the first open vote held last year showed that better burgers are also appreciated more widely in Finland. Based on the overwhelming response, we decided to make this an annual tradition, Suikkari says in the press release.
This year, more than 20 new restaurants have entered the list of the 100 best restaurants.
– A real Burger lover pays special attention to the quality and taste of hamburgers eaten in restaurants. It’s great that more and more restaurants invest in this delicacy and approach the preparation of Burger with the relevant piety, Suikkari continues.

Voting based on the principle of one vote per participant starts today, June 1. and the voting period is until Sunday 11.6. until.
Burger Lovers Finland and Foodora will announce the winner on the opening day of the Burger Lovers Festival on Wednesday, June 14, which will be held at Rautatietor in Helsinki.
The restaurants of the summer 2023 Burger Lovers festival are e.g. Box (Sipoo), Bang Bang BBQ (Helsinki), Burger5 (Kuopio), Shoku Burger (Vantaa), Grill Room (Hankasalmi), The Bro’s Burger (Helsinki), Linna Burgers & Coffee (Turku), Treffi Pub&Bistro (Helsinki), Friends & BRGRS, Boneless and VLND (Tallinn).
The Burger Lovers festival will take place at Helsinki’s Rautatietorri on the 14th-17th. June 2023. Restaurants participating in the festival serve dishes from their points of sale and the entire festival area serves as a serving area. Entrance to the festival area is free.
