After seven years of tinkering, an East German steam locomotive from 1940 went back on steam this weekend.
The locomotive has been completely restored by the volunteers of Museum Railway STAR. Volunteer Corine Peters (28) from Stadskanaal is completely delighted: ,,This is beautiful, man! Having this machine on the road now is a great feeling. This is what we do it for”.
