The BR volleys have successfully started the group phase of the Volleyball Champions League. The Bundesliga leaders won 3-0 (27:25, 25:19, 25:21) against Portugal’s champions Benfica Lisbon on Thursday.
In front of 5,167 spectators in the Max Schmeling Hall, Marek Sotola was the winner’s most successful attacker with 19 points.

Volleys defend two set balls
