The Itas Trentino wins in three races the semifinal series and now awaits the opponent Scudetto from the winner between Civitanova and Perugia
For the tenth time the Itas Trentino will go to play the games that are worth the tricolor. First an Easter at home, waiting to see how the other semifinal between Perugia and Civitanova Marche will end, then from 27 April the team of Coach Fabio Solo will hunt for the sixth Italian title of his history. From tonight in a daily Arena Arena fully exhausted for the occasion, the Ostacle Gas Sales Piacenza in the semifinal was definitively overcome: 3-1 at the foot of the Dolomites and series of semifinals won in three races. After two games resolved in the fifth set, always for the benefit of Italian, the Emilians of Travica struggle but in the long run they are overwhelmed by a team – Trento – dragged by a sumptuous Michieletto and a burn in the control room on star levels. In addition to a team defense and counterattack on very high levels, capable of wetting dust to the attack of the Sales gas. A Piacenza who will now, from April 29, to play Finalina for the third final place against the loser of Perugia against Civitanova Marche, a goal that is worth at least the qualification for the next edition of the Champions League.

At the start, the sextetti are those expected on the eve, with the Emilians who line up the Loreti Carta Libero instead of Scanferla. Lavia is also the author of the mini escape, on 20-18, who allows his to take that break of margin that is enough to go to close the partial. In the second part Itas and Gas Sales are placed a couple of lengthens and counter -rounds with each other, alternating excellent things with some avoidable mistakes. On the 14th the ACE of Romanò allows the Emilians to put the nose out, the joke is the fundamental to which Piacenza attacks at this juncture: 15-17 with Maar’s winning joke. Trento also crashes into the wall of the Sales gas, so much so that on 15-18 alone the game, the double change in the Trento house does not have the hoped for effects and the guests remain on three lengths (17-20). Simon lengthens the strip of the walls of Piacenza in this set by printing Lavia for 17-22, but Michieletto (20-22) is alive to keep the Trentino hopes that obliges Travic to spend his first time-out.
