FC Volendam, which has now lost the lead in the first division, will be visited by TOP Oss tonight. After the disaster week and the international match, the New Orange is scheduled for revenge. TOP Oss, the current number fifteen in the competition, made it quite difficult for Volendam earlier this season. The Brabant players took the lead in the Osse Kuipje until the 83rd minute. Thanks to late hits by Ibrahim El Kadiri and Damon Mirani, the Volendam team was left with a narrow victory: 2-3. TOP Oss previously played a draw at home against Excelsior (1-1) and lost FC Emmen with a small difference. Volendam has therefore been warned. “You don’t just waltz over TOP Oss.”
