Vince Holding appoints John Szczepanski as chief financial officer

The US textile company Vince Holding Corp. has found a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). On Wednesday, the company said John Szczepanski will take over the position on January 2, 2024.

He succeeds Michael Hand, who was named interim CFO in early July following the resignation of Amy Levy. Hand will resign on January 2nd and will then continue to work for the company in an advisory capacity for a transitional period, according to a statement.

According to his future employer, Szczepanski can look back on a career in finance spanning more than 20 years. He spent most of his career at the US fashion group Ralph Lauren Corporation. There he most recently worked as CFO of the Global Supply Chain, Brands and Lifestyle Group.
