According to the weather forecast, the air will warm up to plus 3-5 degrees on February 18. “But there will be low clouds, precipitation in the form of sleet and rain. Rain will start in the afternoon. You won’t feel warm,” Vilfand warned.
According to him, the wind gusts will increase to 22 m/s, there will be a feeling that the air temperature has dropped to minus 2-3 degrees.
