Viewers’ Mr. Frank Visser makes a statement ‘: “these must be characters”

When Jacqueline drives past a church in 2002, she immediately falls in love. The next day she places an offer to buy the church. It is a perfect place for her to pray with her friends and Jacqueline does this about five times a week.

But as soon as Jacqueline decides to renovate the church and put a child-friendly fence around it, she gets into a fight with her neighbors. The fence is six centimeters on the neighbor’s land, and neighbor Jan is clearly not happy with that.

Own judge

According to her, the neighbor warned Jacqueline in advance: if she put the fence on his land, he would keep it away. And while Twitter has a lot to say about the neighbor, he is a man of his word. He actually removed the gate. When Jacqueline went to talk to her neighbors, she was told that she could buy back her fence – for which she had paid six thousand euros. After all, it was on the neighbor’s floor.

Privacy

During the renovation of the church, Jacqueline not only placed a fence, she also had windows installed in the church that can be opened. And Jan does not agree with that either, because the windows could not be opened for this purpose and they were blinded. As a result, neighbor Jan misses his privacy. Because yes, Jan is no longer the youngest and the toilet is sometimes too far away and of course he does not want Jaqueline to be able to look at him when he is peeing in the ditch.

Comments on mr. Frank Visser makes a statement

Fortunately, the law is clear about these kinds of cases and Mr. Frank Visser has reached a verdict. Neighbor Jan has to put the fence back on the church pulp. Jacqueline has to replace the fence at her own expense. The windows that aren’t shuttered haven’t been for over twenty years, so it’s out of date and allowed to stay that way. The fact that they can open is new and so Jacqueline has to close these windows permanently. Mr. Frank Visser’s request for a contact ban is rejected.

Both parties accept the ruling, but on Twitter it goes wild: “These must be characters!” and “The neighbor looks like Kabouter Plop”, it sounds.
