Viewers Mr. Frank Visser are amazed about René peeing in the street | Home

mr. Frank Visser makes a ruling on Thursday about a neighbor dispute. Anja and Martin are angry with neighbor René. He had promised to fix their broken dormer for them, but never finished his work. It soon became clear that the quarrel is turning elsewhere. Martin sometimes pees on the street when he comes home from the pub.

In Wehe – Den Hoorn in Groningen, Anja and Martin have an argument with their neighbor René about the broken dormer on their shared roof. Anja and Martin would buy the material and René would repair the roof, but after making his own lace, he broke with it. And so Anja and Martin have had a broken dormer window for three years and are forced to sleep downstairs in the living room.

There is more to it than a dormer window. The neighbors are arguing about the loud music René is playing and he is angry at his neighborhood about Anja and Martin’s wood stove. He also thinks Martin is an alcoholic, but Anja calls Martin, who drinks about ten alcoholic drinks a day, a ‘standard drinker.’

Martin also often goes to the cafe with his scooter and then drives home drunk, where he relieves himself on the street. René has already seen a few times how Martin was peeing against his bus.

Martin admits that he had to pee on the street once. He has a problem with peeing and if he has to, he has to. But he never peed against his neighbor’s bus. His beam lacks the power for that. He would then pee all over his own feet.

The statement of mr. Visser is as follows: René does not have to make the dormer window, Anja and Martin are no longer allowed to fire their wood stove and René has to turn down the volume of his music. There is no mention of the splashes of pee on the bus.

René’s urination in public is reason for many jokes on social media. “Hopefully Mr. Frank Visser with a peed statement,” jokes one viewer.
