The office building will be replaced by 134 new-build rental apartments, three commercial spaces, a bicycle shed and a covered parking garage. Construction of a new-build project will start in 2023 Lux70.

Seventy meters in the air
The new apartment complex will be a real eye-catcher in the center of Zoetermeer. At the intersection between Europaweg and Luxemburglaan, the building will be built seventy meters into the air. There will be rental apartments with various sizes and views of the city or far beyond, depending on how high you live, of course.
Demolish first
Employees of demolition company Bottelier BV have been busy with the demolition of the large building on the Luxemburglaan. Once the debris has been cleared, construction can begin.
