“There are possibly three reasons why the Russians are moving towards Kharkov again. Firstly, it is Ukraine’s second largest city and a technology center. What Eindhoven is to the Netherlands, Kharkov is to Ukraine. It would be a great loss to the Ukrainian economy if the Russians take Kharkiv.
