Seconds ago José Carlos Olaya Gonzále, 29 years old, had run over cyclists and runners who were exercising in the area of the Palermo woods. A witness filmed the moment in which the young man takes his things from the car and flees the place, showing an outrageous disregard for the injured people that he had just rammed with his car.
“You’re not leaving here,” says the witness while filming the young man taking things from inside the vehicle while, meters away, the cyclists and runners who had been attacked by the young man after losing control of his vehicle, with which he was traveling at high speed along Figueroa Alcorta avenue.

Hours later, the driver of the Ford Focus was arrested in Avellaneda, along with three other young people, Patricio Daniel Valiente (30), Lucio Valiente (20) and Fernando Ezequiel Escobar (29 years old), those who had helped him escape from the place in another vehicle.
