OFC President Joachim Wagner is hoping that Pieckenhagen will bring an upswing to the traditional club, which is only in 13th place in the Regionalliga Südwest after 16 match days. “His expertise and network are very valuable to us and we are convinced that he will significantly advance our sporting development,” said Wagner.
Former HSV professional Albin Ekdal has announced the end of his active professional career. According to consistent media reports, the midfielder’s season in Sweden is over. “There were a few tears,” the 36-year-old is quoted by “HBO Max.” “It’s hard to put it into words.
